- You must be able to walk on uneven, soft, steep, rocky, and slippery terrain for up to 8+ miles per day
- Under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum age requirement of 14 years old

- No prior mountaineering experience needed
- Please arrive on time to check-in and get set up
- There are no bathrooms in the backcountry, so bathroom breaks are done nature-style
- Bring snacks, and a water bottle (water can be refilled at camp)
