Our unique program starts with a guided tour of the market and the surrounding area. During the tour, we meet with vendors and sampling local goods and treats. The tour guide then, with your help, of course, will pick and shop the fresh products for our Israeli food workshop.
During the class and the tour, we dive deep into the culinary history, traditions and get a better understanding of the ingredients and local spices.
When we are done with the market, we'll get a private kitchen, right above the market, and we start with the hands-on cooking class! The recipes and the aprons will be waiting for us, and the meal will be ready in about two hours.
