Every day was well organised, and Wena went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, safe and able to make the most of my trip. We had a wonderful experience discovering Bali over five days! From the beginning, the itinerary was very well planned, the organization and logistics were handled smoothly, and we were able to see and experience many beautiful parts of Bali. On the first day, the car provided was unfortunately quite old and not as clean as we expected. However, when we raised the issue with the company, they responded quickly and arranged another car for us without any difficulty. We really appreciated how promptly and professionally they handled our request. A very special thank you to our driver, Made Wena, who really contributed to making our holiday such a great experience. Wena was friendly, helpful, patient, and an excellent driver. Bali traffic can be quite challenging — and sometimes truly amazing! 😄 — but Wena handled it with great skill and patience. On a few occasions, we spent considerably more time in traffic than expected, especially on the way back to our hotel. Wena remained calm and patient throughout, which we really appreciated. We always felt safe and well looked after. We would highly recommend Made Wena to anyone wanting to discover Bali. His professionalism, driving skills, patience, and helpful attitude made a real difference to our trip. We would also suggest clarifying the use of the word “guide” in the advertising. In our experience, the service provided was primarily that of a driver. A professional tourist guide normally has specific training and qualifications, so making this distinction clear would help travelers know exactly what service they are booking. A big thank you to the company for the excellent organization and especially to Wena, who helped make our five days in Bali enjoyable and memorable. The itinerary captured almost all of the sights we hoped to view in Bali. We managed to squeeze in an hour of snorkeling as well on the fourth day. Ari, our guide, was flexible with the order in which we viewed the many sites. The pick up at our hotel was always on time and we were often out on the road for the whole day, especially on day 4 when we had dinner at Jimaren beach. The sites are all interesting. Some sites are amazing. We had freedom to walk around casually without pressure to get back to the car. Ari was polite and very helpful. We could not have done that much driving ourselves (not knowing the shortcuts and back roads). Overall we have had a great experience in Bali.

Wow. This 5 day tour is excellent for those whow want to explore Bali in a condensed amount of time. The experience is even made more memorable by our tour guide and driver Moolie who is just outstanding in beng flexible to the itinerary and tailoring it to our needs and avoiding tourist traps. He also knows the roads and shortcuts like the back of his hand. He has a very good sense of humour and was very very easy to get along. I totally recommend this tour for first timers to Bali so they can decide which are they want to concentrate more when they come back is this tour is a tasting plate of Bali so to speak. I highly recommend this tour!
