Why take this tour?

A morning paddle on Yellowstone Lake is a good way to start the day. We depart early to beat the strong wind that can form later in the day. Also morning is the best time of the day to spot wildlife. Your kayak instructor will brief you on what to expect and acquaint your group with the kayaks and kayak paddle strokes. After we get underway, we will journey from the Grant Village Marina to the West Thumb Geyser Basin. The sight of the steaming geyser basin is sure to make lifetime memories. There are big mountain views of the Absaroka Range across the vast lake. This is family adventure travel at its best. Splashy, yet safe. Scenic, yet adventurous. A workout, yet playful. Please, come enjoy a day on the waters of Yellowstone Lake.
