The park is famous for being the best place in the world to get close to free-ranging elephants. Other attractions of the park include opportunities to meet Maasai and visit a Maasai village. The park also has views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in Africa, As well as Lake Amboseli which is a seasonal lake that exists when there is heavy rainfall and disappears in times of drought. During this 3-days Amboseli safari, you are likely to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, gazelles, wildebeests, buffalos zebras, warthogs, different birds, and of course the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro.
