Guests can cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, and up to 12 hours before the start of the tour (minus ticketing and insurance fees) with the purchase of Cancellation Insurance.
- Tours booked after 24 hours without the purchase of Cancellation Insurance will not be eligible for refunds.
- Tours booked with the purchase of Cancellation Insurance will not be eligible for refunds 12 hours before the start of the tour.

Is the cooking class messy?
Not at all! There's a bit of flour and butter to handle, but most guests find that no flour ends up on their clothing, and it's easy to brush off. If you are concerned, we have aprons available for guests.
How long is the walk? Are there places to rest if I get tired?
