Make your way to Grace Bay (or elect for hotel pickup) in the evening to step aboard the custom-built catamaran. Choose a seat on the open deck or under a canopy as the boat pulls away, taking in the coastal scenery and white sand beaches. Sip a provided glass of sparkling wine and get to know your fellow passengers, captain, and crew. Listen to mellow Caribbean rhythms and watch the sun begin to set—your captain steers the boat into the ideal position for a remarkable view. Snap photos of your friends and family in front of the horizon, then hit the open bar for wine, rum punch, soft drinks or water. You are also able to feast on appetizers, included the local favorite conch fritters, on the way back to shore. Return in plenty of time to continue your evening with dinner or drinks on land.
