Start your tour to Jinja, setting off from Kampala early Morning and pass by the Sezibwa falls. This is one of the Buganda cultural heritage sites and you can enjoy rock climbing as well. Continue the journey to Jinja, passing through the Mabira forest. This is Uganda’s biggest natural forest with quite a good number of bird species, primates & trees. You will get to enjoy a forest walk or an optional activity like Zip lining. Reaching Jinja town, it has a number of craft shops, buildings and industries. You will also visit the source of the Nile to see where it starts. Other optional activities you can do include quad biking to the nearby villages, horse riding along the banks of the Nile.
The Nile rafting experience takes a full or half day. You will enjoy getting soaked wet on the grade 3 and grade 5 trips on the Nile River. Great photography & Videography during the rafting process is provided by the rafting companies.
