11:30 hr arrive to Bernal

12:30 hr Trekking in a magnificent monolitic rock

13:00 hr 70 m rappel, guide by our expert guides

15:30 hr Lunch, mexican food

16:30 hr Walking tour in Bernal

18:30 hr return to Mexico City
