2-Day Grand Canyon Tour from Phoenix

Have more time to bask in the incredible beauty of the Grand Canyon by staying overnight at a hotel in the national park. Take a driving tour along the rim to fantastic viewpoints, and learn about the natural and human history of the region from your knowledgeable guide. En route to the Grand Canyon, stop in Sedona, visit a Navajo trading post, see the Painted Desert and red rock country of Arizona, and pass through the Ponderosa Pine Forest and San Francisco Peaks.

Your overnight tour from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon includes transportation in a climate-controlled van, one night of accommodation in the Grand Canyon Village, entrance fees, and hotel pickup and drop-off. Have free time to take a shuttle bus along the rim, walk around Grand Canyon Village, book optional tours such as a helicopter tour, and see other viewpoints.

This tour provides maximum free time at the Grand Canyon for exploration. On day one, travel through the Sonoran desert through the Navajo Nation to visit a local trading post with a great selection of arts and souvenirs. Upon arrival at Grand Canyon National Park, tour the East Rim drive for stops at dramatic viewpoints. Then enjoy time in the Grand Canyon Village area for views or a nature walk before checking into your local accommodations. You will then stay overnight at the Grand Canyon Village.

On day two, This morning, relax at your hotel, then there is plenty of time to explore, take a nature walk, shop or simply enjoy the view. At approximately 3:15, meet your guide to depart the Grand Canyon and return to Phoenix area, returning at approximately 8:00-9:00pm.

Remember that the Grand Canyon is 20-25 degrees cooler than Phoenix, so layered clothing is suggested for winter months
