Everything very good and complete. Our guide Jose was charming.
Time share? or City Tour? You decide
This tour felt like a timeshare presentation you pay to attend instead of getting a complimentary night. Sightseeing that actually matters (museums and similar sites) got limited time. Other stops were commercial: the ginseng visit was largely a pitch to buy product. The shopping-district portion was a hurried look at one souvenir shop, not enough time to browse and grab more than a couple of coffees. We didn’t stop for lunch until around 2 PM, so if you tend to get hungry, bring snacks. Overall: skip it. Put the money toward T-money / metro tickets. Every place this tour visits is close to a station, and independent travel lets you stay as long as you want instead of being herded toward the next sales stop. As you can tell, I was less than impressed.

DMZ with Rose
Recommended if you are going to visit Seoul and have 1 day to dedicate to the excursion. We did it with Rose, an excellent guide, with very good English, everything she explained was very clear. Friendly and helpful throughout the day. Furthermore, the whole day proceeded with perfect punctuality.
