This is a food experience program where you can learn the basics of local food loved by Kagawa residents, the basics of Iki udon, make udon from each person, and enjoy udon in various arrangements.
While laying udon noodles, study the history, culture and soup stock of Sanuki udon and visit nearby farms to harvest seasonal vegetables. You can eat the vegetables you picked with your own udon noodles.

Part 1 (Self introduction, basic study, kneading powder, stepping on dough)
14:00-Part 2 (Dish soup, umami experience)
14: 45 ~ Part 3 (Introducing noodle making machines and learning about udon types)
15: 30- Fieldwork (plant tour)
17:00-Part 4 (tasting, extending dough, cutting)
17: 30 ~ Part 5 (boil the noodles in the cauldron, eat, eat, eat)
