- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

Overall it went very well, amazing service, incredible sites and good experiencie. The only thing that I didn't like was the driving by the company drivers. They drive way too fast and way too agresive. It's really crazy and not very safe. I understand that's how people in Peru generally drive, but considering this are company drivers... they could be more considerate with the tourists.
Excellent company. Dream trip
I don't know if it is the exact tour; we did a 2-day excursion on the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu. From the moment we arrived in Lima, everything was excellent; the transfers were at the exact times, very responsible, and they complied with everything. They communicate all the time and let you know who is picking you up and at what time, which gives a lot of peace of mind because you know who you are going with. Peru is beautiful; when I return, I would go back with Vipac without a doubt. As a suggestion, I would say that in some places it would be good to leave a few minutes to browse the local shops before continuing to the next destination. Since they are group experiences, it is obviously important to have everything scheduled, but maybe 15 or 20 minutes to look around in each little place would be good to have included. They are such beautiful places beyond the archaeological remains, that one might want to enjoy a few more minutes because we are not coming back. Just that; the company complied with everything and the cars were new, everything was beautiful. No complaints.
