• ITINERARY :
• Picking up from your accommodation
• Welcoming at our restaurant
• Discussing to choose 3 dishes in the menu to cook
• Attending a brief description about Vietnamese Cuisine, and agenda for the whole program.
• Market visiting :
• You are taught to choose/buy good food for your cooking class
• Opportunity to take photos of local market
• Starting to cook
• Enjoying your results
• Dropping off back to your accommodation

• Vietnamese traditional Grilled pork served with noodle and herbals
( Bún chả)
• Fried spring rolls. (Nem rán)
• Stir-fried chicken with lemon grass (Gà xào xả ớt)

• Morning glory salad with beef (Rau muống xào thịt bò )
• Papaya/green mango with beef and pork salad.(Nộm đu đủ/ xoài xanh với bò/lợn)

• 50 % rate of adult for children from 4-6 years old
• 75% rate of adult for children from 7-9 years old
