The Crags Wine Route is situated at the foot of the Tsitsikamma Mountains near Plettenberg Bay on South Africa's scenic Garden Route - explore this beautiful area on horseback with our Full Day Wine Trail. Ride amongst vineyards, indigenous Fynbos and forest whilst tasting local wines and accompanying delectable fare at two wine estates in this area. This trail meanders through the magnificent Kurland Estate and riders enjoy their two stops at the wine estates before riding back to the stables. This trail is suitable for all level of riders.

Our horses are chosen for their gentle temperaments, they are well trained and cared for and suitable for all level of riders. Experienced guides will take you on a Forest Trail on horseback to a Wine Estates or enjoy a picnic right next to the river at the foot of the Tsitsikamma Mountains. Booking is essential. Our horses are mostly rescue horses and we strive to offer them a wonderful life whilst ensuring our guests enjoy a great experience and special memories.
