Todos los Madame Tussauds son de lo mejor. Tuve la suerte de conocer el de Berlín también y son de un nivel de detalle gigante. Cada ciudad le imprime sus particularidades. En este caso Brodway estaba presente. Las tarjetas NY Pass u otras similares lo incluyen. Solo tienen que tener en cuenta elegir el día y la hora. Nosotros fuimos por la tarde/noche y estaba muy bien. Muy recomendable.

Was a good experience. I did utilize my all-inclusive pass to get a hand wax done. However, me and other guests waited about over an hour in-line cause there was only one attendant working the station— but I appreciate their friendliness and how they coped with the pressure.

Fantastic museum! I think it's like 10x as big as the one in Amsterdam. I bought the ticket on site and there was no line, but the kind employee explained that I am lucky to visit outside of holiday seasons. The figures are very realistic and I loved the variety and setup (sports area, fashion area, politics area, etc). The 4D Marvel experience was nicely done with real sensations, and I LOVED the horror section, which I was lucky enough to explore without any other visitors around, adding to the creepiness. Furniture randomly moved around, figures loudly hissed when moving closely and there were loud random knocks on the wall or door. Best "haunted house" I have been in, could just as well have been a museum of its own and I would've gotten a ticket haha. Employees are patient and helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Es ist eine wirklich schöne Abwechslung bei ihnen. Ich habe mich vorher nicht informiert und ich war positiv überrascht, so viele Abteilungen, da ist für jeden was dabei, und super gemacht; ich habe nur einige Figuren nicht mehr erkannt, da diese schon einige Jahre alt sind. Wir waren am 27.1.25 bei Ihnen und es waren nicht viele Gäste anwesend. Sehr entspannend!

My son and I used our last item of our NY sightseeing pass to fill in some hours before we flew home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was out first time visiting any of these on our travels. It was fun and we loved being able to take close up photos with the figures. Thanks Nat and Josh

So huge! We went at night and it took us about 2 hours to get through. So many different exhibits and things to see. We've been to 3 Madame Tussauds locations and this is the best (and largest) one by far!

Uff! Este museo es mega divertido, entretenido, creativo y apto para toda la familia. Designa al menos dos horas para visitarlo. Te recomendamos el ticket que incluye el show 4D de Marvel. Está es nuestra segunda visita después de 7 años y todo estaba diferente. Nuevos escenarios y nuevos personajes. Estoy seguro que les va a encantar. Yo lo recomiendo 100%.

Muy buena experiencia. Muy cuidado, realista. Eché de menos algunos actores, pero deben ir cambiando. La zona del deporte sin M Jordan, Pipen, faltaba deportistas durbol, tenis Rafa Nadal. Resto perfecto. Repetiría. Hay baños y cafetería.

We had fun visiting madame tussauds, each and everyone looks realistic. Its worth visiting. No waiting in line, its easy to get tickets and someone will help and guide you where to start. Its a great experience seeing celebrities in a wax figure. They serve drinks at the top floor as if you are having a nice party with them. And each level has different set up. Forgot to post my review lol my sister & I took our mother her for birthday on 11/11/24 this was a fun experience so many celebrities to see!!! Thai was our first time as well , The runway was my favorite we spent at least a hour walking down the runway 😂Definitely worth the visit

Travel expert here who is on the road over 100 days a year. This museum was a fantastic break in my busy schedule & highly recommended. It was a little cramped compared to some other madame tussauds, however, the location close to time square that is how everything is as it's all taller & skinny. The staff was great & we got lots of pictures!

We had such a great time here. Perfect spot for a little fun with your date. We spent about 1-2 hours here seeing all of the exhibits and the 4D superhero movie (I was not expecting to get wet! Must go for the experience. The details in the wax figures are amazing. You get to walk amongst them all, touch and take pictures of them. I went on a Sunday it was no wait time. I loved that they had a bar end they served good drinks. Restrooms on every other floor. Very clean and great service. If you are in new York this is a great place to add to your itinerary

While my great grandson really enjoyed the museum, I was wondering why the statues of Biden and Harris were smiling and flattering but the statue of President Trump was very unflattering? Can't believe a museum would be so politically motivated. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Билеты лучше покупать заранее. В день посещения билеты будут стоить на 5$ дороже. У нас ушло около 3-х часов чтобы в спокойном ритме посмотреть и по фотографировать. Манекены поражают идентичностью исполнения. Несколько тематических локаций. Мой сын был счастлив увидеть героев marvel.
