It was an ok experience. The customer service was excellent but I was very confused on the concept. We arrived from out of town and this was our first visit. We were very clueless about parking, and experience details. I paid for the VIP package but did not feel like a VIP. I did not know how to work the photo card or where to even take photos. I feel like there should be an email outlining details for how the experience works
