Being a native Viennese, I'd love to show you the highlights of my beautiful hometown - all that in one day! After pick-up, we circle the Ring to view the impressive palaces and main monuments such as the City Hall, the Parliament and the Burgtheater. We leave the old town behind and head to Schönbrunn, where we enjoy a walk in the park. The Gardens always show their beauty, no matter what the time of year. During Christmas season, there will be a chance to visit the charming Christmas market in front of the Palace for some mulled wine or punch to warm up. Optionally, the Palace can be visited as well (Please contact me beforehand if you wish to do so. The tickets need to be reserved in advance because of the great demand, especially in high season. The visit of the Palace is not included in the price). Having explored Schönbrunn, we take a ride through the famous Vienna Woods all the way to Kahlenberg. From top of the hill, we enjoy great views on Vienna, the Danube and the surrounding hill chains. After all these activities it is time for a break in a wine tavern in Grinzing, where you can try wine of the region and some snacks (optional, not included in the price).
