Adjarian Khachapuri Making Private Virtual Cooking Class

Summary

Lasha and his mom are excited to teach guests how to make Adjarian Khachapuri, an open, boat-shaped traditional Georgian bread from family recipes! Lasha fondly remembers helping his mother in the kitchen as a child, and so he saw fit that they host together, doing something they are both so passionate about. Lasha and Elene are excited to cook, eat and share stories of Georgian customs and traditions with guests! Your 90-min online cooking class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list. This is an immersive and interactive class that is one-on-one with your instructors Lasha and Elene. You are encouraged to cook alongside them and will be able to ask any questions as you prepare your delicious Georgian khachapuri bread from scratch. Your host is flexible with time so if you have a different time-slot you prefer, please inform us when making your booking.
