Wine Tours Valparaiso

9:30  Valparaiso/Viña  Hotel Pick up   We pick you up from either your Valparaiso or Viña Del mar hotel and drive you to the Casablanca valley.   We pass through Placilla Curauma and past the Peñuelas national park during which time we provide a short history of Chilean winemaking and also the story Casablanca’s rise before arriving at the first vineyard.   10:30 Casas Del Bosque vineyard tour   You arrive at the vineyard and will be taken to the reception where you will join a tour group led by the in house guide, who will explain the character of the vineyard and its vinification process. This is done with a walk around vinification plant, bottling area and barrell room.   This is followed by a premium tasting of 4 wines with the in house guide.   12:30 Emiliana organic vineyard tour   We arrive at reception and join a group led by an in house guide, who will walk you around the organic vineyard explain organic and bio-dynamic grape growing.   This is followed by a wine tasting of 4 wines with cheeses led by the in house guide.   14:00 House vineyard food and wine pairing lunch   A 5 course lunch with five wines from House casa de vino.   17:00 Quintay vineyard tour   We arrive and received in reception and then taken around the vinification plant with a tank tasting.
