Zipline Adventure in Whistler

Highlights

  • Choose your challenge: two exciting zipline options

  • Get aerial views of temperate rainforest and peaks

  • Multiple departure times available for your convenience

  • Convenient round-trip transport from Whistler Village

Summary

Meet a driver at Whistler Village for transfer to the zipline course, where you’ll start by getting suited up in safety gear. Keep your eyes on the forest floor throughout the tour, as it’s common to see bears, lynx, deer, owls, grouse, and squirrels in the dense forest between Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler. Choose the Bear Tour to fly down five ziplines that range from 200 feet (61 meters) to more than 1,000 feet (305 meters), including a freestyle line that allows you to descend upside-down. On the more challenging Eagle Tour, the zipline course is accessed via the Whistler Gondola, and culminates in a spectacular 2,400-foot (732-meter) zipline to Whistler Village. Whichever tour you choose, guides will be on hand throughout the experience, and interpretive signs are great for insights into BC animals, plants, and ecology. Both tours conclude at the original departure point.
