Changed Reservation Date Policy: If a reservation date is changed from its original date, the changed reservation no longer qualifies for cancellation. It is charged in full and considered non-refundable.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking • Rescheduling is available in the event of inclement weather • Comfortable shoes and clothes, water and sunscreen are recommended; dress in layers as weather is likely to change quickly • Helmets are provided and recommended, though not required • Must be 13 years of age or older to rent electric bike • For electric bikes, full-day equals life of 1 battery, approximately 20-25 miles (32-40 km) depending on use • All Bay City Bike rentals and tours include helmets complimentary and are required on electric bikes.
