If you are going to spend a few days in Lisbon, do not miss this opportunity to also visit the second most populated city in Portugal, Porto. On the way back to Lisbon, if you choose the option, you will also visit the famous Fatima Sanctuary.

We will depart from Lisbon to Oporto early in the morning. We will pass through the agricultural region of Ribatejo, enjoying its picturesque landscape. We will arrive in Oporto around midday to start the walking tour of this beautiful city, we will walk through its picturesque _ruas_ with a local guide and we will know the main points of the city: Praça da Liberdade, the Lello Bookstore, Sao Bento station or the Cathedral are some examples. We will finish the walk next to the _Ribeira del Douro_ where we will contemplate the wonderful bridge of Luis I. After the walking tour you will have free time to eat something on your own.

If you have choosen the tour that includes the visit to the Shrine of Fatima, after the break we will leave Porto to one of the most important shrines in the Christian world. The guide will give us from the bus some details about the apparitions of the virgin, and the events that are held every year in Fatima, to which pilgrims from all over the world come. Once there, you will have one hour on your own to explore the area before heading back to Lisbon.

If you choose the option without the visit to Fatima, you will have extra time to expend on your own in Porto. Taste the famous Porto wine and visit one of the legendary wineries, or take a ride on the cable car and enjoy the beautiful views of Porto over the bridge of Luis I. We will return to Lisbon at the end of the afternoon.
