Summary

Your trip begins with pickup from designated bus stops and hotels in Reykjavik. Hop aboard your tour vehicle, meet your guide and small group and begin the journey toward Vik, a charming seafront village under the shadow of Myrdalsjokull glacier. See the village and basalt sea stacks. Continue toward Jokulsarlon, passing lava fields and black sand deserts. Upon arrival, visit Diamond and Crystal Beaches, where icebergs wash up during certain tidal conditions. Then, head back west toward Reykjavik, and stop at Fjadrargljufur canyon, a turf church, and Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Your guide keeps an eye out for northern lights on the return journey.
