Village Camping Trip

Summary

Starting from Old Goa post lunch time, you will cycle North over the beautiful Divar and Charao Islands with plenty of stops to take in the breathtaking scenery and classic Portugese architecture. The cycle route is perfect for all abilities; it will get your blood pumping but is by no means the Tour De France! Once you reach the camping spot, you'll have the opportunity to swim, float and kayak through the backwaters and watch the local fishermen bring in their catch of the day. There will be a hearty vegetarian BBQ provided, coupled with freshly shucked coconuts as well as plenty of beers over ice. You will have the option of sleeping in shared tents or in the open hut (equipped with a kitchen and bathroom). For the more adventurous, you can also sleep outside under the palm trees to be awoken by the sun rising through the jungle.  In the morning, there will be an ashtanga yoga session followed by a basic breakfast of tea, coffee, fruit and cornflakes before heading home to reach Vagator by 11am.  All transport is taken care of from our pick up point in Vagator. Everything is sorted from start to finish so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy.
