Summary

My goal is offering a romantic escape at off the beaten track Mykonos. We get on our bicycles at the beautiful vineyard of Maou and then we cycle at the rural landscapes of Mykonos, while explaining at the same time the characteristics of the local architecture and our religious traditions. We ride to the pristine beach of Fokos, where -weather permitting- we can also swim and shoot some underwater photos. At the beach I will set a picnic with traditional products of Mykonos and our house wine, surrounded by lanterns. I will leave you in privacy to enjoy the romantic atmosphere and your wine before meeting an hour later to start our ride back. We will cycle back to the vineyard with our lights on, since it will already be dark, but the roads will be empty and calm. What makes this experience unique is a combination of exercise, local wine&snacks, a cultural heritage interpretation, a romantic setting by the seaside and the serenity of the nightime cycling.

An easy cycling trail with only a few hilly parts and a romantic escape at dusk with everything taken care of; an ideal destination for a wedding proposal or a birthday/anniversary celebration… White, rose or red wine, produced by Mykonos Vioma farm, is offered at this tour, together with some treats. A tablecloth, a cooler for the wine, glasses, lanterns and a blanket (for chilly evenings) are carried along by the guide. Since it is a romantic escape, you will be left in privacy to enjoy each other’s company. As we cycle altogether back home, you will feel there’s nothing like this cool night breeze on your face, the serenity of the landscape, the starlit sky and the unique feeling of precious moments spent in romance with your partner.

Helmets are stored idle for 3 days, before being cleaned and ready for use. Handlebars & seats, after sanitization, are wrapped with plastic cover. Obligatory use of face mask while instructions are being given. Personnel wears gloves during the preparation process and handling of food/beverages.
