With your guide and group, climb into a safari-style vehicle and travel about 15 minutes to Country World Ranch. Disembark and listen to a safety briefing before getting fitted for a helmet and harness. Clip in and follow your guide down 7,900 feet (2,408 meters) of galvanized steel cable, holding on to comfortable handle bars as you zip. No experience and no active breaking is required. Walk between the lines at your own pace, with instructors by your side, stopping to try local fruits fresh off the tree. Begin your horseback riding excursion with some basic introductory instructions and a match with a horse suitable for your skill level. Spend some time ambling through the Dominican countryside before finishing up with a home-cooked meal. Return to your hotel for drop-off mid-afternoon.
