Before you book

We have different times for pickups depending on location:

Fisherman's Wharf (Jefferson St. and Taylor St, near Fisherman’s Wharf sign) depending on tour time you booked your pick up is either 9:10am or 1:40pm.

In Union Square (Post St. and Powell St.) depending on tour time you booked your pick up is either 9:30am or 2:00pm.

Bring an extra layer of warm, wind resistant clothing

Please leave bulky backpacks at home. All personal items must be stored in your lap.

Tours are conducted in English.

Tours are limited to five riders per Tuk Tuk (6 guests ok with group that includes children and adults).

Ages 3 and 4 permitted only when family reserves entire Tuk Tuk for a private group tour.

Tours are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and time. No-shows are charged in full.

Please arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. Our drivers leave from the pick up locations the designated pick up time and cannot wait for late groups. If you are late, you will lose your reservation and no refund or reschedule will be issued. No exceptions.

Child and booster seats are not provided.

We cannot accommodate wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage aboard the Tuk Tuk.
