After hotel pickup, head to the Niagara Gorge and descend 175 feet (53 meters) to the observation deck at Cave of the Winds—the closest visitors can get to Niagara Falls (available May to October). Or, take in views from the Niagara Power Vista if visiting during the offseason. Continue to the Niagara Falls Observation Tower for the only panoramic view of all three waterfalls of Niagara, including the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the Canadian Horseshoe Falls Come back down and don a poncho for the popular Maid of the Mist cruise, which takes your right past the falls from May through October. Off-season visitors get to visit the Niagara Adventure Theater for a movie about the falls instead.
