We’ll visit buildings which previously held and century-old bars, the parish of San Antonio de Padua and various local craftsmen, including the Draghi silversmith workshop. You’ll finish the morning with a visit to the Ricardo Güiraldes Gaucho museum and its pulpería La Blanqueada. At midday we’ll take you to a nearby working Estancia (ranch), where you’ll ride horses to the open fields, feast on a traditional asado lunch (barbecue), and watch equestrian demonstrations and dance performances.
