Your driver will greet you at your requested pick-up location in a Ford Transit 350 XLT High-Roof Passenger Van.  Your driver will help you with your bags, provide you with bottled water, and reconfirm your travel route.  Our flat rate for one-way transportation between any 2 points in the greater Seattle area will help to keep your budget in check.  

This is a perfect option for groups transferring to a cruise terminal, Sea-Tac airport or any downtown Seattle hotels. Please note that this package is for trips starting and ending within the greater Seattle area, including Sea-Tac, Bellevue etc.  If you’re traveling outside the Seattle metro area, we’d be happy to provide service for your group, but please contact us first to confirm your rate.  This service is also available to groups traveling to or from the Bellevue area, at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

    Reservations for private group transport require full payment at the time of booking to secure your tour date and our availability.  15% of your package is non-refundable after payment is received. 7+ days prior to your tour date, you may make changes to your date, without penalty, subject to availability. 7+ days prior to your tour date, you may cancel your tour and receive an 85% refund of the amount paid. Less than 7 days prior to your tour date, the full cost of your tour is non-refundable.

Redemption information

    Thank you for reserving a Sea-Tac Airport, Seattle Hotel, or Seattle cruise transfer.

    Once we receive your reservation, we will contact you to discuss your travel arrangements and provide you with any relevant directions to where you should meet your driver. Further, we will inform you if your route may incur any additional costs, such as ferries or tolls. If so, these will be added to your final balance.

    Your driver will arrive at the appointed pick-up location approximately 10 minutes before service is scheduled to commence. Please note that on the day of travel, hours of service are based on the scheduled pick-up time and on the actual drop-off time.
