Receive a morning pickup from your Santiago-area hotel, after which you’ll proceed by private transport along Farellones Road as you climb higher into the mountains outside town. During the winter months you’ll stop en route for visitors who wish to rent appropriate snow gear (own expense), otherwise you’ll continue until you reach Farellones. Enjoy the high-altitude scenery and charming architecture of this peaceful mountain town situated at 7,600 feet (2340 meters). You’ll continue from there to Colorado Ski Resort, offering more great views of the surrounding high-altitude mountain scenery. Proceeding along Farellones Road, your next stop will be Valle Nevado Ski Resort, where you can take part in a variety of fun-filled winter activities including snow sports, a gondola ride, or lunch at one of three restaurants (all activities at own expense). After you stop at Valle Nevado, you’ll be dropped off back in Santiago at the end of the trip.
