After meeting your guide in Adamas you will travel by road to the starting location. The actual route will be chosen the evening before, based on the latest forecast. A seven hour day involves 1 hour travel and set up time, 3-4 hours’ paddling and 2-3 hours for for swimming, snorkelling, relaxing and lunch.
