Along the way, look out for native wildlife, including bottlenose dolphins, blue swimmer crabs, and a huge variety of birds. Depending on the day, tuck into either a delicious cold buffet lunch served on-board (Wednesdays only), or stop for a 2-course lunch at a riverside tavern (Saturdays only), gazing out along the Murray. Stop at the Coopers Mill heritage island site (pending weather & jetty access), where afternoon tea will be served and you are welcome to wander or follow our tour guide to learn more about the mill. The Murray River is the longest permanent river in the Jarrah Forest and one of the few major rivers that remains undammed.
