Grain to glass malt and distillery tour

Investigate the inner workings of our modern malt house where we create malt for breweries as well as our distillery. The tour will cover all the processes involved in spirits making. The processes include malting, milling, mashing, fermenting and distilling entirely on site. All our grain is grown by family farms throughout Ohio.
