I was born and raised in the old city of Chania, in Crete. I am a professional mountaineer, mountain instructor and trainer. I have many years of experience working as a mountain guide in Greece, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Nepal, Tibet, Pakistan and on the western side of the USA. I’ m active in mountaineering, ski touring, rock and ice climbing, hiking and walking road, mountain running and mountain hiking, trail running and swimming.
