As owners of an oil mill in Vodice called Sv. Ivan, and a few big olive groves, through lots of tasting and cooking we managed to learn all that is about olive oil. My family runs the business for years. We produce our olive oil and we have our own brand. Therefore we decided to set up a tasting room with a small shop to familiar visitors with our business and teach them a bit about olive oil.
