We are a team of Researchers, Field Biologists from the Univ. of Lisbon and the Azores and local Nature Guides, working on land and marine environments for more than 10 years. We found a way to stay close to wildlife, and improve tourism experiences, bridging Science & Tourism. Azores Naturalist Team is based Faial, operating Faial, Pico and Sao Jorge Island where the natural history and the local culture speak for themselves. Whale watching, Bird watching, Hikings, Jeep or Van Tours, private or large groups, tell us what you have in mind, our job is to help you have a great vacation! Every ticket contributes 0,5€ for the local community (APADIF & AFAMA) Environmental data is collected on every tour (bats, sharks, seabirds, etc).
