Maremma is in southern Tuscany. It is defined by a history, heritage and tradition that is completely foreign to anything you might have experienced in Northern Tuscany. Everywhere here is small, provincial with beautifully preserved Renaissance and humble poor food; the Maremma has an incredible array of natural wonders like uniques beaches and landscapes, nature parks and hot springs.
