Welcome to InFusion, a school of traditional Thai cuisine and Thai vegan cuisine in Koh Samui. Nearly 200 dishes on the menu! The courses take place in a traditional Thai house, fully air-conditioned. The school is surrounded by an organic garden: herbs, vegetables, fruit trees and edible flowers. We are food lovers and, like all people who love with sincerity, we enthusiastically share our culinary know-how.
