Located in the heart of Australia's premier Vineyard Region, The Hunter Valley nestles our boutique cheesemaking factility and cheeserooms. Established in 1995 we are a family run business with a loyal team of cheesemakers and cheeselovers who make it a pleasure to come to work everyday. Our cheese range is handmade, preservative free and vegetarian rennet is used in our cheesemaking process. We make cheese from cow and goats milk sourced from local dairy farms, we care about our cows and using the freshest milk in our recipes. Our cheeserooms are mecca for the foodie, we make our own range of approx. 50 difference regional chutneys, flavoured oils and jams to compliment our cheese. Recipes use minimum sugar, salt and preservatives.
