Hidalgo Tours was established on 1979. Its founder, Juan Quesada, saw great potential within organized tourism in the southern area of Bolivia, especially Salar de Uyuni (Uyuni Salt Flat) and the colored lagoons. Since then, it has become a pioneering and leading company in the market, offering specialized and private tours of the entire southern region of Bolivia, including the colonial cities of Potosi an Sucre.
