Denver Microbrew Tour offers curated craft beer experiences in downtown Denver’s top brewery neighborhoods. Founded by Steve Schneiter in 2009 to showcase the thriving microbrew scene, Denver Microbrew Tour has grown to be Denver’s premier brewery tour service. By focusing exclusively on craft beer walking tours in Lower Downtown (LoDo) and River North Art District (RiNo) and including scandalous Denver history tidbits and intriguing stories behind the street art, DMbT is able to give participants a true local Denver experience centered around craft beer.
Why Walking Brewery Tours?
Craft beer is an essential part of the culture in Denver. Whether it’s a stop at a brewery after a killer mountain bike ride, some afternoon sunbathing on a brewery patio on one of Denver’s 300 days of sun, or just a calm place to play board games and relax, breweries here are truly a part of the local experience.
As home to over 400 breweries, the Brewers Association, Great American Beer Festival, and the largest brewery in the world, Colorado is an amazing place to explore beer and its culture.
Compared to other beer cities, Denver is unique in that so many breweries are within walking distance of each other. Within a 1 mile radius of the center of the RiNo Art District, there are 15+ breweries!
