Captain Dave Amsterdam has become known for his early morning cruises. In 2021 we had the opportunity to purchase the former government boat from 1928, which was used by the heads of state, mayors and the Dutch royal family. Our saloon boat, the 'Jonckvrouw', is very comfortable; with sliding windows, a sliding roof, an open aft deck, a toilet and heating on board (so wonderful on a cool day!). When you are in Amsterdam and see the many tour boats on the canals of Amsterdam, most of them seem impersonal and stuck to a set route. We do that differently. We like spontaneity, flexible routes and guides without a fixed script. The Early Morning cruise is a great way to start your day in Amsterdam!
