Association of Nature Conservation Organizations of Tajikistan has been established by local NGOs and small family businesses, which all manage community-based wildlife conservancies. ANCOT has the purpose of promoting the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources through tourism and strictly regulated and sustainable hunting.
